Creating a graphic novel is a time intensive undertaking. This year I’ve embraced the fact that I’m time poor and need to focus on 1 or 2 tasks as opposed to doing a thousands things at a time. I wish I were in the position where I could dedicate my life to creating my own IP, but like most of everyone I have to work a salary to pay my bills. If only I could dedicate a year’s worth of work time to a project instead of the few hours I divide between the projects I’m running and studies… I wonder what I could achieve?
In any case, I’ve decided to drip feed the completed pages to Bloodbath on Unholy Island via my Patreon account, as and when I complete them. Ultimately heading to printing the complete volume. As such my first 2 pages will be public and then after only for a paid audience. My priorities this year is to get the book out, I’m almost there. Then I’ll be focusing on getting work done on Bloodbath and a children’s book is also on the cook.
See you next year ;)
